How are we different than other pest control companies?

We have found a way to put your mind at ease when it comes to rodent control! We use a naturally derived bait with NO secondary kill risk. With the main ingredients being Corn meal, salt and egg solids. One of the biggest concerns involving rodent control is secondary kill factor due to the poison in generic mouse and rat bait. Luckily, we have found a more family friendly option! Not only do we use naturally derived bait, but we also use locked bait boxes to prevent any accidental tampering.

Why is rodent control so important?

Rodent control goes above and beyond just mice and rat control, it also aids in tick control! White footed mice are the primary reservoirs for the Lyme disease bacteria and are hosts for black legged ticks. Due to mice being abundant and due to their lack of grooming skills they make excellent hosts for ticks which in turn spreads disease. One mouse can carry multiple ticks at a time which can get carried into the home and infect your family members. Getting ahead of the problem will decrease the chances of mice overwintering inside your home!

Helpful tips and tricks

Limiting food sources and nesting items is crucial when you are experiencing a rodent problem. Keeping food properly stored, garbage put in a secure barrel with a tight fitting lid, and avoiding leaving food out in the home can help tremendously in keeping mice at bay. Getting rid of any nesting materials will also help deter mice. Nesting materials include but are not limited to shredded paper, fabric, insulation, and leaves left around your property. These are all examples of what a mouse or rat needs in order to nest.
